ShriLan Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ShriLan. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of our website and products (“Products”) in Malaysia. By using our Products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any of these Terms, please do not use our Products.

The prices of our Products are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price indicated on our website when you place an order. We accept payment through various payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal. We do not store your credit card or PayPal information on our servers. 4. DELIVERY

We will ship your order within 5 business days after receiving your payment. We offer free shipping within Malaysia on all orders over MYR 500. For orders under MYR 500, shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. We will notify you of any shipping delays or cancellations as soon as possible. In case of any unexpected delays, we will keep you informed of the estimated delivery date.

5. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, less shipping and handling fees. Please contact us at support@shrilan.com to initiate a return or exchange. Please include your order number and reason for the return or exchange in your email. We will notify you of the status of your return or exchange within 5 business days of receiving your request. The returned Product must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and unworn. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the Product does not meet these conditions.

All Products come with a 15-day warranty from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace your Product at no cost to you if it is determined to be defective by us. We reserve the right to refuse warranty claims if we determine that the damage was caused by misuse or abuse of the Product. We also reserve the right to cancel your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if we suspect that you have been engaging in fraudulent activity.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Malayan Arbitration Association before a single arbitrator who is a member of the Malayan Arbitration Association. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue to be in full force and effect without regard to its invalidity or illegality.
