Returns Eligibility

All returns must be made within 7 days of the receipt of the product. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged, and with all packaging and accessories intact.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Log in to your ShriLan account and click on the “My Orders” tab.
Locate the order containing the item you wish to return and click “Return Item.”
Follow the prompts on the screen to complete the return form, including selecting a return reason and providing any additional comments.
Click “Submit” to submit the return request. You will receive an email confirmation once your request has been processed.
Please package the item securely and ship it to the following address: 98 Jalan Tanjung Tokong between tamaki and breenwood. Please ensure that you obtain a tracking number for your return to ensure proper delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges

We will process your return within 7-10 business days of receiving it and issue a full refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. Please note that restocking fees may apply for certain items.
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the steps above to return the original item along with the completed exchange form. Please indicate the desired replacement item on the exchange form. Your replacement item will be shipped once we receive your return and processing is complete.
If your return is accepted, you will receive an email notification once your refund or exchange has been processed. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement or for your replacement item to be shipped.
If your return is denied or returned due to insufficient/damaged items, you will be notified via email and will need to follow up with our customer service team for further assistance.
